Sub-goal 2: Increase CWU Ellensburg new transfer enrollment from 885 in Fall 2017 to 1,297 by Fall 2024 (47.6 % growth).

 In-state residents from 792 in 2017 to 1,087 in Fall 2024.  Non-domestic residents from 135 in 2017 to 135 in Fall 2024.  International students from 33 students in 2017 to 75 in 2024.

Rationale: In keeping with our mission of student success, to both increase the number of students who complete their four year degree and ensure our financial health by achieving revenue requirements. Strategy Tactics

Increase our presence at all community colleges where we have a co-location. Enhance our recruiting/marketing presence in states with a history of out of state transfer institutions (i.e., California, Alaska, and Hawaii). Increase our market share of community college transfer students in specific geographic areas. Enrich transfer student visitation programming. Create a "Transfer Transition Center” to support students from the prospective phase through graduation. Enhance the relationships with community college advisors through annual outreach campaign. Develop major specific recruitment materials for transfer leads and community colleges of identified growth majors. Enhance major specific recruitment materials for name-buys of identified growth majors. Departments of identified majors host yield events and activities for transfer students. Strengthen pre-existing community college partnerships and outreach efforts. Use CRM engagement data to identify leads and applicants likely to enroll.
