ASSESSMENT IMPLEMENTATION DETAILS
Technology Requirements The A2i software and assessments are web-based, so all students need access to a consistent, stable internet connection. If your schools experience periodic connection losses, technical issues can result that will prevent students from completing the assessments. The following browsers are supported, and must be kept up to date with the latest updates: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. For security reasons, all devices must be kept up to date with the latest operating system and browser updates. To protect student data, we’re unable to support outdated browser versions. A2i currently supports the following devices for students taking the assessment. Note that this list can change over time. To protect student data, when devices become obsolete and can no longer receive the latest operating system updates, they will no longer be supported in A2i.
• Chromebooks • All up-to-date models with at least a 9.7” screen • iPads • iPad Air: 12.9-in., 10.5-in., 9.7-in. and later • iPad Pro (all models)
• iPad, fifth generation and later • Laptops/desktops • Windows 10 • MacOS Catalina and MacOS Ventura • Linux/Unix variants
