Remember… The application for and acceptance of a Vendor License from the Tribal Gaming Commission represents not only a background investigation and suitability determination, but also constitutes a Vendor’s affirmative consent to the Civil/Regulatory Jurisdiction of the Tribe.
The license is what binds the Vendor to the laws, regulations, and jurisdiction of the Tribe.
