Like with all other License Applications, the TGRA must ensure that the applicant – in this case a Gaming Facility - meets all requirements, qualifications, and suitability standards before granting the Facility License.
Classification of Licenses. 1. Primary Management Official; 2. Key Employee; 3. High Security Employee; 4. Low / Non-Gaming Security Employee; 5. Class II Contractor; 6. Class III /Major Procurement Contractor; 7. Class III/Minor Procurement Contractor; 8. Sensitive Procurement Contractor;
9. Non-Gaming Contractor; 10. Training Instructor; and 11. Gaming Facility
