Sample Facility License Regulations Language, Cont’d: 4. If the TGRA determines the gaming facility to be not in compliance with the terms and conditions of its facility license or applicable law, the TGRA shall so notify the General Manager of the facility, the Tribal Gaming Corporation, and the Tribe. The TGRA shall issue an order describing the compliance deficiencies/violations and requiring the gaming facility to be brought into compliance by an identified date . The TGRA may initiate any lawful enforcement action(s) against the gaming facility and/or responsible Licensees in order to bring the gaming facility into compliance.

If the TGRA determines that the gaming facility remains noncompliant by the expiration of the identified date, or if violations continue to be repeated, the TGRA may limit, suspend, or revoke the facility license after notice of the proposed action to the General Manager, the Tribal Gaming Corporation, and the Tribe; and after a hearing as provided by these Regulations.
