1 Does the facility have an agreement with a service provider for fire fighting services or is it provided by a tribal fire department (specify who provides the service)? X 2 Is there a cleared fire zone (area free of vegetation to prevent a fire from reaching the gaming facility) of at least 100 feet?
Tribal Fire Department provides primary fire fighting service with an MOU engaged with the County to provide assistance as needed.
Wild brush and trees grow within 75 feet of the east side of the gaming facility. Remedial Action: Clear brush and trees back to a distance of at least 100 ft. from the facility.
