Orange County SC, based in Irvine, California, was founded in 2010 as the Los Angeles Blues and competes in the USL Championship. They play home games at Championship Soccer Stadium. Despite recent changes, including a rebrand and coaching shifts, the team remains competitive, winning the USL Championship Western in 2015 and 2018, and the overall USL Championship in 2021.
The club is a steadfast community member, contributing to youth
development, player literacy, and various charitable events through its nonprofit foundation. We honor their commitment to MADD’s mission to end impaired driving and appreciate their consistent support. Dan Rutstein, President of Orange County SC, has partnered with the Noah Benardout Foundation to promote responsible drinking. The campaign includes messaging at the stadium, on broadcasts, and extends to player and staff education, using Noah’s memory to help prevent future tragedies.
