Anda joined the Trinity Family just over a year ago as an Assistant Manager Within this short time, she has navigated many community challenges regarding delinquency and residential concerns, trained 2 leasing consultants, and aided the new Community Manager in adjusting to the Trinity way of doing things at her community in Rancho Cucamonga In December, Anda was promoted to Community Manager of a new acquisition and has steadily grown occupancy from89% to 98%with a trend of 99% She had to hire a new Leasing Consultant and Maintenance Technician and worked out of a temporary leasing office while the community began renovations Her community went from not achieving monthly income budget to exceeding income budget by $9K in April 2020 With Anda’s leadership, she has engaged residents to embrace the ReNewway of doing things and gained their participation inModern
