Erika started with the company in February 2019, coming on board as a Lease Administrator in our Irvine Corporate Office Erika quickly became an expert in understanding and implementing commercial tenant lease language, providing support to Red Tail’s Regional Managers, Leasing, and Asset Management departments When her supervisor, Marlena Widera, left for maternity leave in March of this year, Erika stepped up to provide coverage by expanding her responsibilities When COVID-19 followed shortly thereafter, Erika once again stepped up her duties by helping to design and administer our commercial tracking sheet to accurately monitor tenant rent payments and rent deferral agreements Erika is a teamplayer, and her positive attitude and hard work is greatly appreciated by all who work with her
Nichole Rodriguez Leasing Agent, Arrive Buckhead
Nichole is a Trinity veteran, but she joined the Arrive Buckhead team on September 10, 2020 Since that day, even with our doors closed to the public, she has been a LEASING BEAST! Nichole has had secured a total of 34 move-ins to date She is consistently focused on leasing She gets joy out of checking our box score after each move-in so that she can shout out the occupancy growth, leased, or trend growth When Nichole arrived at our little community, we were 89% occupied and at 85% trend I must say that there was high team effort in getting the numbers up The Leasing team, the Assistant Manager, the Facilities team, and I all worked tirelessly to lease-up our community but Nichole’s efforts to close on every prospect was both amazing and an obvious measurable path to the community’s success Kudos, Nichole!
