Alyssa is very valuable to every Trinity property She does a lot more than what her title suggests She manages the Vendor Café help desk and is the face behind the email – VendorSetup@Trinity-pm com She is the one that reviews and approves all vendor paperwork and works with vendors when they want to join Vendor Café or update their information Eachmonth, she is looking at hundreds of W9s, insurance certs, and our company compliance documents to make sure everything is in order Every property and everyone in Accounts Payable rely on her so we can get our jobs done Aside fromvendors, she reviews and approves all P-Card expenses, manages the Monday com boards, and assists with all CCPA requests She has a lot on her plate but gets it all done with attention to detail and great customer service She is truly a vital part of our organization and we are very lucky to have her on our team

Chris is such an integral part of the West Texas team’s success during the crazy year we call 2020 He led 17 communities into an outstanding comeback when our team’s workloads began to stack up due to the months we were unable to work on service requests Chris put together a team for completing service requests in a timely manner along with interviews, community inspections, and searching for mysterious water leaks He is astounding!

Joe’s performance has been nothing short of stellar since joining Trinity He is a team player and a great leader who is willing to take on a challenge His work ethic speaks volumes, and this shows by the appearance of his community The future is bright for Joe and we at Trinity are so happy to have him on the West Texas team
