Some of our recent retail successes include: 775 East Lancaster Ave., Vil- lanova, PA: Provco teamed up with Target Building Construc- tion and 3GHC Architects to complete the final phase of The Villanova Center on Route 30 in Radnor Township, just off I-476. The first floor of the 30,000 s/f mixed-use building features a Starbucks, First Watch restaurant and Bernie Robbins Jewelers. The second floor includes 15,000 s/f of office space with a 60 x 8 ft. skylight above the main hallway. In addition, Nemours Children’s Health System as- signed the architectural firm of Francis Cauffman and Target Building Construction to complete a new Primary Care Pediatric facility in The Villanova Center, while an- other healthcare project for Thomas Jefferson University continued on page 14C
