Brunelli & Co. announces Dollar Tree leases in NJ OLDBRIDGE, NJ — In its capacity as Dollar Tree’s real estate representative for all of New Jersey, R.J. Brunelli & Co., LLC brokered leases and a property sale that will bring the retailer to four more locations in northern and southern parts of the state. In Orange, the chain signed for an 11,000 s/f space in a center located at 557 Main St. Dollar Tree will occupy an end-cap space that formerly housed Karl’s Appliances. In East Orange, Dollar Tree signed a lease for a 12,682 s/f space located at 352 Central Ave. In Wayne, Dollar Tree leased a 9,400 s/f end-cap unit in a 29,000 s/f center located at 172 Mountain Blvd. The store in Wayne is projected to open in January 2016, followed by East Orange in March and Orange in July. Dollar Tree’s latest southern New Jersey location will be in Bridgeton, where the com- pany’s preferred developer, Elcan & Associates, acquired a 9,040 s/f freestanding build- ing at 399 East Broad St. The Bridgeton store is projected to debut this September. All four deals were brokered by R.J. Brunelli senior vice president/principal Danielle Brunelli-Albrecht , who also represented Dollar Tree on leases completed during the first half of 2015. Brunelli- Albrecht co-brokered the East Orange deal with sales associ- ate Nick DeLuca , the Orange deal with sales associate Alan Gott , and theWayne deal with sales associate Patti Fiore . n
