Barefoot Baby signed a 3 year lease for their new space on the Downtown Plaza. Insley represented the baby boutique and SVN-Mill- er advisors Rick Tilghman and Will Moore represented the landlord. Barefoot Baby Boutique is owned and operated by Mar- tha Ogburn, who has a back- ground in neonatal nursing and a graduate degree in child- hood development. In addition to selling items hand-picked to accommodate the needs of new families and children ranging in age from newborn to kindergarten, Ogburn aims to provide local families with information to help ease their transition into parenthood. Ogburn said, “Once I made the difficult decision to move my business from its original loca- tion in Princess Anne, Tonney was extremely insightful in understanding my needs and connecting all the dots.” n Divaris Brokers Sale of PNC Bank Building in MD LA PLATA, MD — Mi- chael Divaris , president of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) , announced the sale of a former PNC Bank Branch in La Plata. The 9,600 s/f of- fice building, located at 304 Charles St., was sold within one week of being on the mar- ket, for asking price. The sale terms were negotiated on be- half of the seller, PNC Bank, by Joseph Farina and Amit Grover of DRE’s Washington DC regional office. The buyer, Keystone Associates, LLC, plans to rent the building to traditional office users.
