Join Barbara Ray at Ferris-Wright Park to learn about the ancient earthworks of Dublin. Meet inside the interpretive center located in the historic Ferris family farmhouse to explore the interactive stations and hear the stories, from ancient to modern times. While onsite, see and touch artifacts while touring the first timber frame home in Dublin. If weather permits, participants go outside to observe the natural features of the space and the mounds constructed by the Hopewell People. The Dublin Historical Society and the Dublin Community Recreation Center are collaborating to take you for a ride through 220 years of history. This is a great opportunity to have fun and explore the city around you. Headsets provided for comfortable listening. In between the tours, enjoy lunch on your own in Coffman Park and experience the final Food Truck Wednesday with Seven Little Sliders.
