LOOKING TOWARD THE FUTURE: PARKS & RECREATION MASTER PLAN Did you know Dublin is home to more than 60 parks encompassing 1,515 acres of green space? These parks also include 49 fishing ponds, 57 playgrounds, eight pickleball courts and more. The city is also home to the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC), a state-of-the-art facility complete with two indoor pools, a track, fitness floor, group fitness rooms, Abbey Theater of Dublin and rental space for events.
The City of Dublin is developing its second Parks & Recreation Master Plan and is looking for the community’s help in shaping what the next five to 10 years will look like for parks and recreation in Dublin. Provide your big ideas, suggestions and opinions on a range of topics through an online survey. Then, be on the lookout for information about the upcoming fall public meeting to share your input and receive an update on the project.
