Product under “100 Product Champion” means it has undergone stages of assessment and successful in attaining the following criteria:-

OWNERSHIP

COOPERATION • Agreement contract as a distributor or joint venture partner.

• Owned by co-operative or • Owned by members (must have co-operative cooperation) • Can be inherited if belong to members • Recipes can be shared / inherited • Continuous supply of raw materials • Regular quantity per day (non seasonal) • Fixed quality per production • Have number of employees (according to total production capacity) • Have a brand (existing or rebrand) • Hold Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) registration

• Products should be labeled as “circulated by co-operative” or “product of co-operative” (joint venture). • Approval to sign a contract must have a black and white agreement (at least a minute meeting of the Co-operative Board Member. • The duration of the contract is at least three years. • The co-operative agrees to finance the enterprise through the successful application from the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission or ANGKASA’s Islamic Financial Institution (KOPSYA). • The entrepreneur agrees to repay the financing (according to the financial method). • Products can be promoted and marketed according to the segments that match their own offerings. • Products can maintain a suitable marketplace. • Products gain an increase demans as well as ongoing production.
