Ordering - For collection a £20 non-refundable deposit is required for each order and there is a minimum £20 order value per order. - If you would like to collect items on more than one collection date, please complete a separate order for each collection. - We will only fulfil orders containing alcohol or dangerous objects to persons over the age of 18. ID will be required upon collection. Booths operate a Think 25 policy.These items will be flagged when your order is placed. - If a product ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative product or refund where applicable. - Some products are available exclusively for Christmas and are not available for New Year. Always check the pack. - Products collected between 1st-15th will have a minimum two days shelf life. - Products are guaranteed to be fresh until 26th of December as a minimum for Christmas orders, and January 1st as a minimum for New Year orders. - We endeavour to supply poultry at the required weight, but the weight of free-range birds may vary slightly. - Please be aware that some turkeys and poultry contain giblets.
