Find Out How To Wake Without An Ache

Dale (pictured in middle) came to us with intense low back pain, and through his treatment here, he was able to return to his normal day-to-day activities including his hobby. He’s pictured here with his therapist Sarah (right) and our intern Kwame (left) on his discharge day. Check out his success story below. “When I started therapy I had constant low to mid level pain in my lower back. As the therapy progressed Sarah and Kwame worked withme to develop a program that targeted the problems I was having and to strengthen my muscles to help insure that the pain would go away and be less likely to return. I am a programmer and my job requires long stretches of time sitting at a computer. When I started here I could not sit for more than a half hour before my back was causing pain. Now I can sit for an hour or more if needed (though I do try and get up and stretch at least every 30 minutes now). My hobby is woodworking and it was getting harder and harder to spend any time in the garage working on projects because as I worked my back would start hurting. I can now spend several hours at a time working on projects without feeling any pain. Thank you so much for the work you have done with me and for taking the time to tailor my treatment to target my needs.” - Dale I can now spend several hours at a time working on projects without feeling any pain.
