Exercise Essentials Try these exercises to help maintain a healthy back

PRAYER STRETCH While in a crawl position, slowly lower your buttocks towards your feet until a stretch is felt along your back and/or buttocks. Hold for 10 counts. Repeat 6 times.

PELVIC TILT While lying on your back, use your stomach muscles to press your back into the floor. Repeat 6 times on both sides.
