Modern Martha This newly restored home from the early 1900’s is equipped with 9 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and can sleep up to 18 people. The Daniels' House has been professionally redesigned which now makes it ideal for hosting your next family reunion, summer vacation, or getaway with your spouse. The home features a beautiful new courtyard which has a 6 burner grill and multiple entertainment spaces which include a large outdoor table and sectional that overlook the Inkwell beach and Waban park that would be perfect for hosting family and friends.

Modern Martha Oak Bluffs is the most visited tourist area of the island, with a variety natural beauty, water activities, and downtown areas that are great for shopping and luxurious eating. Inkwell beach is only 100 yards away. Circuit Ave restaurants, shopping, the ferryboat, and the world-famous flying horses are just a 5 minute walk from the house!

The exterior has been expertly redesigned, keeping intact much of the original architecture. New touches include an extended balcony, a refreshed courtyard, and new cedar shake siding. The second floor balcony overlooks the Waban Park, and gives a perfect view of the ocean and beach areas. This picturesque lounging space is ideal for capturing the island's beauty and having relaxing family time.

The interior contains plenty of room for the whole family to be comfortable throughout the home. The home includes white oak hardwood floors throughout, a bunk bed room for the kids as well as an in-home laundry rooms.
