The Role

The Estate Director will take full responsibility for all aspects of Savills Property Management Service acrossThe Whiteley and be the main interface between the Savills team and the client, having full accountability for the quality of world-class service delivered by all parts of the Savills Property ManagementTeam. The Estate Director will define and deliver exceptional customer service across the Estate, ensuring thatThe Whiteley remains one of the most prestigious luxury destinations in the UK and world-leading in occupier experience. The Estate Director will be a dynamic and experienced leader who will work closely with the dedicated management team and oversee the Six Senses concierge team. An influencer and values-led individual who is able to give strategic direction and clearly communicate the vision forThe Whiteley including the values, culture and behaviours to all stakeholders and will engage on a daily basis with the Head of MEP, Residence Manager,The Six Senses management team and other key workstream leads to work as a collaborative and integrated team. The Estate Director will be the public face of property management related service and ensure delivery of the vision and key objectives of an agreed business plan, having strategic focus whilst supporting the team to deliver world leading customer, visitor and occupier experience in one of, if not the, premium mixed use developments currently in the UK.

Management and Leadership

• Create and drive a strong multi-functional leadership team providing depth and resilience to the operation of the Estate. • Develop a business plan to be cascaded to all team members aligned to the values and aspi- rations of the client, ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the whole Estate. • Direct and support the Senior ManagementTeam, including the on-site team as well as the head office supporting roles. • Work closely with Six Senses to develop a one-team ethos. • Through exemplary levels of support, development, and performance feedback, coach and nurture a best-in-class team. • Monitor metrics providing an objective view of our performance, identify shortcomings and address forthwith.
