Vote was 20 for, 1 abstained and 5 against (12 against on zoom) Charlie Bracknell raised a discussion that we checked black bands on the booms at HISC, is this really an issue? If it is then we are a self policing sport, we can protest. No actual physical foot measurement which is why this is happening a some sails are longer in the foot than others. Do we need to review this? Martin Honnor wary or over policing which could kill the class. Andy Davis for and agreed the stopper would eliminate issue as the OK class have done the same. Steve Denison requested more Go-Pro's and suggested each area have one or two so the class can gather more footage and increase publicity. Mike Barnes suggested the class pays for additional media coverage with people who can provide drone footage, professional photographers etc etc. Maria agreed with the above.
