Specific Communication Mission Rules

This section highlights three Communications Mission rules. Please review the Guide to Judging for a more detailed list of rules and requirements.

<C1> All Teams must receive an interview. All Teams in attendance must be offered the opportunity to be interviewed by Judges. Teams may decline the interview, but it must be offered. <C2> No Team may earn more than one judged award. Teams may receive a performance award and a judged award but not two judged awards. For example: • A Team may earn the All-Around Champion Award and the Teamwork Champion Award. • A Team may not earn the Communications Mission Award and the Judges Award. <C3> Judges must follow the criteria and award descriptions as presented in the Guide to Judging. Drone Rules

<D3> Drones must utilize official motors, propellers and frames. Any replacement motors, propellers or frames must be replaced with the exact same part.

<D1> Teams must use the CoDrone EDU, CoDrone EDU JROTC Edition or Parrot Mambo. All Teams must use the CoDrone EDU, the CoDrone EDU JROTC Edition or Parrot Mambo. <D2> Drones must utilize stock Drone electronics. Drones may not remove or otherwise modify any stock Drone electronics.
