For Craig Heger, a realtor with Echo Fine Properties, choosing a builder came with professional scrutiny. When Jeff Cornish and his fiancée Joy first toured Coral Isles, they envisioned its potential and chose a premium lakefront lot. “We weren’t going to do that at first, but now we’re so glad we did,’ Jeff says. ‘Buying new is a better deal” They selected Kenco’s Dominica floor plan-5,322 air- conditioned square feet with five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a loft, club room, and three-car garage. After touring existing homes, they decided on new construction for its quality and convenience. They chose DiVosta’s Prestige floor plan, a one-story layout with open living spaces and a flex room they now use as a home office. “It’s bright, it’s light, it’s airy,’ says Frances. ‘It doesn’t make you feel boxed in at all.” The Lipperts personalized their home with custom flooring, cabinets, and finishes, guided by DiVosta’s Design Center. The process was smooth and efficient, with their home ready earlier than expected. “It moved along pretty fast,” Rich notes. Now settled, they love the welcoming community. “Everybody you pass is very nice and says hi,” Frances says. PHIL DEPASQUALE Phil DePasquale has helped thousands settle in. At L’Ambiance, it’s finally his turn.
