For Craig Heger, a realtor with Echo Fine Properties, choosing a builder came with professional scrutiny. When he and his wife Shay searched for a home, GL Homes stood out for its reputation and country club-inspired lifestyle without the hefty buy-in. They chose the Zenith model at Apex, one of the largest homes, with five bedrooms, a loft, club room, and four-car garage-plenty of space for family and work. “The layout gives us separation of space, with areas for the kids to play, for us to relax, and for me to work quietly,” says Craig.
Craig also values the community feel. With his parents nearby and his father-in-law moving into Apex, the family looks forward to a lifestyle centered on recreation and connection. “This was a long-term decision, we wanted a place that grows with us-and GL made that possible.”

They spent two days finalizing fixtures and finishes, guided without pressure.
