PHIL DEPASQUALE Phil DePasquale has helped thousands settle in. At L’Ambiance, it’s finally his turn. After decades in the moving industry, Phil DePasquale had seen countless homes and heard why people chose them. One builder kept coming up-Kolter Homes. “Nobody had a single complaint,” Phil recalls.
