As a member of the board of directors, Perkins will help oversee center policy and op- erations. Her term runs until December 31, 2014. The former longtime chief of the insurance fraud unit in the Philadelphia district attorney’s office, Perkins specializes in complex civil litigation that draws upon her experience as a trial and investigative at- torney. She has concentrated expertise in e-discovery, in- cluding negotiations with the federal government regarding subpoenas for corporate or business materials and elec- tronically stored information. In other news, William J. Thompson , chair of the fam- ily law department at Archer & Greiner P.C ., has been ap- pointed to the executive com- mittee of the family law section of the New Jersey State Bar of REALTORS. This title has been approved by the Board of Directors of the National As- sociation of REALTORS. Epstein is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Business Administration de- gree from the University of Miami. The executive committee oversees policy and programs of the family law section, which maintains and improves the practice of family law through effective interaction with the family courts and by informing members of current legislation and regulations. Thompson focuses his prac- tice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, adop- tion, parental rights, custody, support and domestic violence. He is a past president of the Thomas Forkin Family Law Inns of Court, a consortium of family law judges, attorneys and legal academics organized to improve the skills, profes- sionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
