He is responsible for project man- agement of new projects and in providing support to other project managers. Kemmerling brings more than 15 years construction experience as a site superin- tendent. He is serving as site superintendent for an adaptive reuse project for Little’s John Deere in Hatboro. Smith has more than 18 land development, Mathieu directed and managed the approval process for many projects including Edgewater’s new state of the art Post Of- fice. Mathieu served two terms on the Edgewater Planning Board and has experience working with municipal governments and state and federal agencies including NJDEP and The Army Corps of Engineers. Mathieu plans to work with established developers who need outside help with proj- ects, as well as with less expe- rienced developers looking for guidance navigating through the land approval process. ■

EDGEWATER, NJ — Jef- frey Mathieu , vice president of Daibes Enterprises an- nounced that he is leaving to start his own real estate development consulting firm. Mathieu played a key role for the past 15 years in Daibes’ major development of the Bergen County Gold Coast. Joining the company in 1997 he has been involved through all of its largest waterfront developments. Familiar with all phases of FAIRFIELD, NJ — Wood- mont Properties has added new senior management to its property and asset manage- ment division with the hiring of Marla Posey as regional property manager for its apart- ment portfolio. Posey is charged with over- seeing the company’s property management and will report directly to Woodmont presi- dent Lewis Zlotnick . In her

new role, Posey is responsible for implementing management and marketing strategies and providing creativity to assure resident satisfaction.
