This property will be the third and largest retail location for Community Aid, Inc., founded in 2009. The 24,000 s/f headquarters for this non-profit organiza- tion is located at 4833 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg. A sec- ond location at 793 Baltimore St., Hanover, boasts 32,000 s/f. BottomDollar Food Northeast, LLC has signed a 22,500 s/f lease, while Retro Fitness has signed on for 12,500 s/f at the retail site in East Windsor. Bottom Dollar is expected to open its new 22,500 s/f store in October 2013.
