ERSEY CItY, nJ — na- tional Realty & Devel- opment Corp., (nRDC) is beginning a comprehensive renovation of the façade at Old Colony Square Center. Old Colony Square Center is a Pathmark-anchored shopping center located at 402 Grand St. in Jersey City. The shopping center will see enhancements such as, new canopies, columns, ex- terior lighting, and updated storefronts utilizing fresh and modern neutral tones. Pedestrian access will also be improved with new walkways

Pet Valu occupies a 3,000 s/f space at Turf Valley Towne Square. Beauty Sense Nails and Spa salon is 1,600 s/f. Sports Clips new shop is 1,200 s/f. Organic Cleaners opened a 1,200 s/f facility at the shop- ping center. These four retailers join Harris Teeter. n
