The challenge is to design and deliver the appropriate degree of co-ordination and integration of business development and resource deployment to secure the best returns for the firm. CONCLUSION So is it an ‘easy ride’ to powering business performance through client focus and teaming? No, but it really pays massive strategic and performance dividends! Most importantly and urgently, it is not an option in today’s and tomorrow’s market conditions – it’s an imperative!
