BollyX (14+ years, QCC) A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Cardio & Core (14+ years, QCC) A fusion class that combines 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of core and overall strengthening moves. Cardio Mix (14+ years, CCC) Amix of cardio training styles and body conditioning with light dumbbells, resistance tubing and stability balls. Core Fitness (14+ years, CCC) A core-conditioning workout that focuses on abdominal, lower back, gluteal and balance exercises. Core Stretch (14+ years, CCC) A fusion class that combines 30 minutes of core and bal- ance work with 30 minutes of full body stretching. Please bring your own yoga mat. Cycle (14+ years, CCC) A 55-minute all-levels class combines a variety of indoor cycling intervals and drills to give you a non-impact cardio workout. Cycle Fit (14+ years, CCC) A class that combines 35 - 40 minutes of indoor cycling with 10 - 15 minutes of body conditioning and core training exercises, using dumbbells and tubing. Cycle Lite (14+ years, CCC) A lighter version of the Cycle class for those new to indoor cycling or for those just wanting a less intense ride. ***Class runs from May 1 - May 29 Cycle Party (14+ years, CCC) Every Friday at 5:30 pm enjoy different instructors, theme- based rides and fun music! Drop-in Yoga (50+years, CH) This class focuses on the importance of mindful breathing to prepare your body and mind to move through a gentle flow of poses, at your own pace, requiring different levels of strength and balance. A restful meditation closing will leave you feeling calm and centered.

Afternoon Stretch (14+ years, CCC) A gentle stretch class that will improve flexibility, joint mo- bility, range of motion, balance and help to prevent injury. Participants need to transfer from standing to floor work. Please bring your own yoga mat. Aquafit Classes For all fitness levels and a way to minimize joint stress while exercising; try our variety of water workouts lead by a certi- fied instructor! Shallow Water Aquafit: Beginners new to the water and fit individuals welcome! All abilities are assured to have a good work out! Deep Water Aquafit: Use of a floatation belt gives a zero impact environment while suspended in water. Comfort with deep water is required. Aqua Zumba: A low impact, high energy workout for all fitness levels. Done in shallow water and adds spice to an exercise routine. Power Yoga (14+ years, CCC) A class that links classic Hatha Yoga poses in flowing sequences that are both physically challenging and also promote body, mind and breath awareness. Please bring your own yoga mat. Step & Sculpt (14+ years, CCC) A high energy, easy-to-follow cardio workout on the STEP that also includes a blend of dumbbell, resistance tubing and stability ball exercises. Step mix (14+ years, CCC) A combination of cardio training, body conditioning and core exercises, that uses the STEP and a variety of training equipment. Stretch (14+ years, CCC) A full body stretch class that will relax and lengthen muscles, improve range of motion, flexibility, balance, and help prevent injury. Please bring your own yoga mat. Stretch & Strength (14+ years, QCC, 50+ years, CH) Strengthen your muscles using light weights, tubing and your own body weight to build endurance and maintain bone mass. This class will finish off with stretching and relaxing. Toning (50+ years, CH) Focus on increasing endurance, in all major muscle groups, through the use of bands, weights and chair exercises. Im- proving your muscle tone will make everyday tasks easier and help improve bone density. Everyone is welcome and you can work at your pace. Total Body Conditioning (14+ years, QCC) A high energy class that combines cardio, strength and flexibility. Always varied and challenging to get you the results you want. Workout Lite (14+ years, CCC) A moderate version of the Workout, featuring a shorter cardio section, more low impact alternatives and lower repetition exercises. Workout (14+ years, CCC, 50+years, CH) A high energy class that expertly combines the major com- ponents of fitness: flexibility, muscular strength, endurance and low and high impact aerobic training. Zumba (14+ years, QCC) A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy in a choreographed style.

A more aerobic exercise based class geared towards older adults. Gradually get your heart rate up during this fun and energizing class. Hatha Yoga (14+ years, QCC) This yoga uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. This class encourages proper alignment of the body and brings bal- ance, strength, and calmness. Light Exercise (50+ years, CH) This class includes breathing, stretching, balancing, chair exercises and a gentle aerobic walking component to fa- miliar music. Tips on healthy living, osteoporosis, arthritis and fall prevention is included with lots of fun and humour. This gentle class allows your own pace. Pilates Mat (14+ years, CCC) A precise system of exercises to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, along with concentration, breathing and over- all core strength. Tots on Wheels (0 - 5 years) This NEW Program will give your toddler an opportunity to practice riding their tricycle, bicycle, stride bike, roller blades or scooter in a safe controlled environment. Our leader will be on hand for extra assistance and to set up obstacle courses. Tuesday, April 16 - June 20 Parent & Tot Gymnastics (1 - 6 years) Team up with your toddlers for an exciting introduction to the wide skies of gymnastics. Our top-notch instructors empha- size safety as they teach the basic techniques and help tod- dlers develop their balance, motor skills and body awareness. The full gymnastic and trampoline set up will be used for this drop-in program. Tuesday, April 23 - June 4 Saturday, April 27 - June 22 (no class, May 18) Gymnastics & Trampoline (3 - 14 years) Drop-in gym is an ideal way to take our gymnastic programs for a “test drive” without committing to a full set of classes. This class is ideal for friends of our current students and a great way to receive a quick assessment of skill level. Each class is tailored to suit the needs of the children on that day. Saturday, April 27 - June 22 (no class May 18) Family Drop in Trampoline & Gymnastics (2+ years) This drop-in program caters to the whole family. Bring in the whole gang and Flip, Flop & Fly with our energetic gymnastics staff. A full gymnastics set up will be waiting for you. Toddlers under two-years of age are welcomed free of charge. This course is a great way to stay active after you are finished your swimming lesson levels and help prepare you for the Bronze Medal- lion and Bronze Cross courses.
