Our team advised on a £1.65 million loan facility secured against two commercial properties , with Sunil Vaghji acting for the bank and Rukhsar Aziz representing the borrower on the facility and related security arrangements. In addition, Rukhsar advised on a connected acquisition of a £2 million newbuild residential property.
