Casters are wheels installed at the bottom of structu - res instead of feet to make stairs or benches mobile. There are different types of casters: fixed, useful for structures which need to be moved in a single direction; swivel casters, used for example for gravity systems and structures which need to move in multi - ple directions; and finally, braked casters, equipped with a safety measure to prevent involun - tary movements.
