AFTERNOON TOURS: See tour options for times and locations Afternoon Schedule

Flight Training Center Tours 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30 P.M. | Starting from the Flight Center entrance Drive up and join us for a 30-minute tour of our Flight Training Center (FTC) located at 1101 E. Bowers Rd. (approx. 7-minute drive from campus). Discovery Hall 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. | Discovery Hall 101 Join our Geology and Physics Departments for a tour of our rooftop telescope, anechoic chamber, and state-of-art research labs.

Residence Hall Tours 12, 12:20, 12:40, and 1:00 P.M. | Leaving from SURC East Patio

Join us on our tour of the residence halls and rooms for an inside view of the spaces. Tour options include Dugmore Hall, Wendell Hill Hall, Barto Hall, Beck Hall, and Kamola Hall. Tours are approximately 30 minutes, and most guests will have time to see two halls.

Campus Tours 2:00, and 2:30 P.M. | Leaving from SURC East Patio Campus tour offered in Spanish at 2:00 P.M.

Planetarium Show 3:00 to 3:30 P.M. | Discovery Hall 101 Join us for a fantastic show in one of the largest planetariums in WA state.

End your day with a 30-minute campus tour led by our knowledgeable Student Ambassadors. Walk our historic campus and learn facts about CWU.

Air Force ROTC 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. | Lind Hall 202

Greenhouse Tours Between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. | Located on Wildcat Way, Behind Dean Hall Stop by the CWU Greenhouse to see plants from all over the world! Meet some of our favorite campus reptiles, snap a selfie with a snake, and take home a plant with a $1 donation.

Learn about the Air Force ROTC programs at CWU and our exciting career and scholarship opportunities. Interact with current cadets who will lead you through fun and engaging team building exercises designed to both challenge and develop you into the best leader you can be.

Museum of Culture and Environment Between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. | Drop in at Dean Hall Current Exhibit: Remembering Washoe: Sign Language Legacy at CWU This exhibit celebrates the history and legacy of Project Washoe and the Chimpanzee and Human Communication Institute (CHCI) at CWU.

Nicholson Pavilion Tours 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30 P.M. | Drop in at Nicholson Pavilion

Get your first look at our newly renovated academic and athletics facility. Learn all about the latest upgrades and amenities and try out the inflatable mini-golf course.

James E. Brooks Library 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. | Drop in at the Library

KCWU Studio Tours Between 1:00 and 3:00 P.M. | Drop in at SURC 120 Tour the state-of-the-art radio station belonging to 88.1 The ‘Burg, CWU’s nationally recognized college radio program.

Learn about CWU’s library and study resources, including research help, tutoring, flexible study spaces, and print and electronic resources.

Lind Hall Tours Between 1:00 and 3:00 P.M. | Drop in at Lind Hall Lind Hall, home to film production, will be open to tour the facilities and check out film gear. McConnell Auditorium Tours Between 1:00 and 3:00 P.M. | Drop in at McConnell Auditorium, East Entrance Get a look at the historic McConnell Hall, which is home to our Theatre and Performing Arts department. Guided tours start every 30 minutes.

Sarah Spurgeon Gallery 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. | Drop in at Randall Hall 141 Current Exhibit: Jiemei Lin, Solo Exhibition

Lin works with digital and traditional media to create paintings, murals, and illustrations. Her works frequently take on themes of individual and cultural identity with a particular emphasis on design and color.
