Keynote – Dr. Valerie Young Dr. Valerie Young is widely considered the world’s foremost expert on impostor syndrome. Dr. Young is the co-founder of the Imposter Syndrome Institute and the author of the award-winning book “The Secret Thoughts of Successful Women: Why Capable People Suffer from Imposter Syndrome and How to Thrive Despite It”. Her mission is to “stamp out” Imposter Syndrome. Woven throughout her solutions is a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
