Bull Delivery Information We strive to make bull delivery as convenient and efficient as possible. Within a 500-mile radius of Sheri- dan, MT – Free delivery to preferred delivery points. 500-750 miles from Sheridan, MT – $300 delivery fee to preferred delivery points. Over 750 miles from Sheridan, MT – Delivery will be at cost to preferred delivery points. The chart in this catalog lists designated Pre- ferred Delivery Points. Please select the two locations that are most convenient for you. These drop points may be adjusted post-sale based on buyer locations and purchases. While this chart serves as a guide, delivery to these specific spots is not guaranteed. If additional locations are needed, we can calculate delivery costs after the sale. To ensure smooth coordination, please provide your home, office, and mobile phone numbers so we can reach you or anyone involved in re- ceiving your cattle. Free Delivery We provide complimentary delivery to our “preferred delivery points” within the continen- tal U.S. for buyers purchasing $25,000 or more in bulls. For purchases below these amounts, delivery to our “preferred delivery points” is available at the rates detailed on the following page. At checkout, please indicate whether you will be arranging your own transport or would like us to manage delivery. If you opt for our deliv- ery service, pick 2 preffered delivery options. Delivery costs for each point will be reflected on your invoice, calculated on a per-head ba- sis.
Sale Day Load Out For those who prefer to haul their own cattle, we are happy to facilitate a smooth and efficient pro - cess. Self-haul loading is available from Thursday to Saturday. All bulls hauled home by new owners from Thursday- Saturday will recieve $100 credit per bull. If you wish to load during the sale, you must complete payment and present the extra copy of your invoice, which will be provided at checkout. Loading will only occur once this docu- ment is shown. Receiving Commercial Heifers All commercial females are sold FOB from the ranch listed in the catalog. Buyers are responsible for coordinating directly with the seller to arrange pickup of the heifers. Preferred Delivery Points The chart lists designated “Preferred Delivery Points.” Select the two points that are most convenient for you.
