A glorious day of steeplechase racing!
For Your Safety • Emergency services are located at the top of the hill in the Delaware State Police Command Center. • Disorderly conduct, underage drinking, and use or possession of illegal drugs of any kind will be prosecuted. • Delaware State Police will be notified of any vehicle operated by a driver who appears to be intoxicated. • When crossing the racetrack, follow the directions of the volunteers and Delaware State Police. • Loud music, cooking devices, kegs, tents, canopies, umbrellas, and awnings are prohibited. • In the event of inclement weather, please listen to the public address system for directions. • When entering the grounds, take note of the exit nearest to your parking space. • Unauthorized and commercial vehicles will be towed at the owner’s risk and expense. • Enjoy the races, delight in Winterthur’s grounds, and drive safely! No Drone Zone For the safety of our guests, jockeys, and horses, this event is a NO DRONE ZONE . Any use of unauthorized equipment will result in removal and penalties. Photography Notice Upon entering the premises you grant Winterthur and its agents the right to videotape, film, and photograph you, record your voice, and use your likeness in connection with the commercial production, and in the distribution, exhibition, and exploitation thereof.
Point-to-Point Recycles! Please help us by recycling your bottles and cans.
Please place all of your glass and plastic bottles and aluminum cans in the clear recycling bags provided and tie them closed. Leave them in your tailgate area, and they will be picked up at the end of the event. Please do not throw any trash in these bags as it will contaminate the recycling. These bags will be disposed of as trash. Come Back and Visit! Bring your wristband back during the month of May to enjoy a day of complimentary admission to Winterthur! Visit winterthur.org for events and information.
Proceeds from Point-to-Point support environmental and land stewardship initiatives to care for, preserve, and protect the Winterthur garden and the woodlands, meadows, and wetland habitats that surround it—nearly 1,000 acres of conserved land. We are grateful to our visitors and event supporters and encourage you to come back and explore this beautiful Brandywine Valley preserve.

Remembering Byron Burpulis Point-to-Point Executive Committee Byron joined the Point-to-Point committee in 2014 and served as a marketing and technology expert. He brought a wealth of technical knowledge and business contacts and was always looking to leverage those connections through sponsorships.
He produced creative initiatives and encouraged new outlets, including a partnership with VideoLink, created Experience Tents, and initiated Paying It Forward, expanding our reach to other organization networks. He spearheaded a Point-to-Point mobile app and new online sales platforms. He was such a positive person taken too young and, the committee will miss his leadership, acumen, and enthusiasm for this event.
