Housing and Dining
CWU has committed to make debt service payments from any/all of the pledged funds, regardless of use of bond proceeds The System structure requires few external covenants, instead relying upon internal covenants and compliance with debt policy • CWU will maintain the System in good working order • Net revenues will cover at least 1.0x Maximum Annual Debt Service (MADS) • Additional Bonds Test: Net revenues will cover at least 1.0x times MADS, including the new bonds
