PAPERmaking! g! FROM THE PUBLISHERS OF PAPER TECHNOLOGY ® Volume 11, Number 1, 2025 10. Automate Everything You Can a) Recurring bills? Automated.

b) Social media posts? Scheduled in advance. c) Routine emails? Templates at the ready. Automation frees up mental energy for the things that actually matter. 11. Energy Matching

I schedule my hardest tasks during my peak energy hours (for me, that’s mornings). When I’m low - energy, I save repetitive or easy tasks. Why fight my body’s natural rhythm? 12. Limit Social Media to Specific Windows Social media is a time thief. I check it only during designated times — never in between tasks. This one change added hours back to my week. 13. “Done is Better Than Perfect” Perfectionism killed my productivity for years. Now, I aim for progress, not perfection. Get it done, improve later. Perfect is a myth anyway. 14. Use the “Anti -To- Do” List Instead of only focusing on what’s left to do, I keep a list of what I’ve accomplished that day. It’s incredibly motivating to see how much progress you’ve made — especially on tough days. 15. Take Breaks Without Guilt Burnout is real, and rest is productive. I schedule breaks like any other task and take them without feeling guilty. Ironically, stepping away often helps me solve problems faster.
