10 PowerPoint Hacks You’ll Wish You Knew Sooner Let’s face it: PowerPoint is the bread and butter of presentations. But most people barely scratch the surface of what it can do. Whether you’re a slide novice or a self- proclaimed wizard, there’s always room to up your PowerPoint game. Ready to level up? Here are 10 PowerPoint hacks that will save you time, elevate your design, and make you look like a pro. 1. Align Like a Boss Crooked elements on your slide? Amateurs. PowerPoint’s alignment tools will make your slides look clean and professional in seconds. x Shortcut: Select multiple objects, then press Ctrl + Alt + Align (Windows) or Cmd + Option + Align (Mac). Boom, perfection. x Pro Tip: Use “Distribute Horizontally” or “Distribute Vertically” to space out objects evenly. 2.
