CIRCUMCISION OF FLESH NATURE By Evangelist Wes Munyon
In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. Colossians 2:11-12 A lot of us have read scriptures that point to our co-crucifixion with Christ, yet it’s hard to imagine the person that we know by the flesh as dead to sin and alive in Christ, because we are familiar with our weaknesses. What if we pictured the cross as a surgical knife that deals with the body of sin that seems impossible to be free from? When Christ was crucified, our old man that had the opposite nature of God was circumcised. This old man that was imbedded in the members of our body carried the propensity for every form of lust & pride. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Romans 6:11 In this passage above it seems that Christ died to His own sin nature that He had to overcome in order to live to God. But the scripture in 2 Corinthians 5:21 makes it clear that He who knew know sin, became sin on our behalf. When revelation knowledge opens the eyes of our heart, we get to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Christ’s death defeated sin and death, to enact a new law called the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus as spoken of in Romans 8:2. Slavery to sin and slavery to righteousness come with two different masters. The blood of Jesus purchased us out of the sin nature ruled by the father of lies, to bring deliverance from the kingdom of darkness and translate us into the Kingdom of Father God’s dear Son. It's possible to live the Christ life inside of us. We were made to be image bearers that reflect the nature of God into His creation. The old nature is tied to creation that has been in a fallen state ever since Adam and Eve were poisoned to doubt God. The whole created universe has suffered the consequences of human sin, being subjected to decomposition, futility, and corruption. However, that process of deterioration is only temporary, because God has provided hope of deliverance. As spoken of in Romans 8:21, fallen creation will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. In returning to the circumcision of the flesh we must revisit Colossians 2 to get this fully formed in our spirits. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:13-15 This takes us into a discovery that when we were yet sinners Christ died for us. In our worst state, Christ did what we could never do in delivering us from the lower nature we were bound to from birth. Our new creation identity is free from urges, impulses, and desires of the flesh ruling over us. We are free to choose life and not death, love and not fear.

I burned my finger a short time ago, while cooking. Don’t laugh, I really am a good cook. I’ve got some chef skills. So, I soaked my finger in cold water to cool off the burn. I even applied some cocoa butter to it. Over the next few days, the burn seemingly got worse and uglier before it got better. To make it more appealing to the eye, I started to peel the skin. I began to realize that my finger couldn’t heal properly, until I stopped picking at the wound. I convey this example to you because sometimes a setback, heartache, and heartbreak burns the very fiber of our being. Sometimes we think we’re cooking with someone who is good looking. All of a sudden, things go in the opposite direction of what we expected and now we’re wounded. Consequently we pick at our hurt, wounds, and rejection. We pick apart our own lives, as a result of the scars that caused us pain. Sometimes things get worse before they get better. However, you have to refuse to be bitter. know they should be held accountable for hurting you, but you have to be responsible for the healing within you. Allow God to bring healing to you. Yes, you may have the scar, but God will heal you of the pain. Realize your beauty is not only in your smile. It’s also in your scars. God will give you beauty from brokenness and wisdom from your wounds. The same old wounds will open in a new relationship, if you don’t heal from the old ones. You have to heal the old, before you deal with the new. When you heal it reveals greater vision within, to look at love through a different lens. When love begins from within, your parameters widen and you become a magnet for love. You will continue to wreck people’s lives and yours in the process, until you take the time to heal. When God heals you, don’t pick at the wound. Take time and allow yourself to heal, before you deal with someone new.

Most of the time we as parents dictate what to do without realizing the child doesn't know how to do the chore the way you would like to get it done.
They might not know where the supplies are or how much to use and frustration can arise because we didn't explain these things.
Train your child(ren) in each chore with how to properly wash dishes and load the dishwasher, how to do laundry, how to clean the bathroom and how the room should look etc.. Make sure they know where all the supplies are that are safe for them to use and they know how to properly use each thing and how much to use each thing and where to put them away.

It takes 21 days to create a new habit so let's create new ones today! year in September, there is always a lot of shifting that takes place. This doesn’t mean that there is a problem. It means that God is aligning things for purpose. Some of you are so stuck on what you’re going through that you’re not understanding that God is allowing some things to break forth in your life. In Luke 22:31, it reads “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift you like wheat.” What did Satan have to do? He had to ask. He can’t just touch you. He had to ask the Father for permission to touch you! This means that God is in control and God has a plan. Know that it is never God’s intention to demote you, He only wants to promote you. Is it going to be a fight? Yes, it’s going to be a fight, but you must be able to fight, pray, stand, and go through. Don’t crumble because you see something coming in your direction.

What is Diabetes?
Diabetes is a chronic (long-lasting) health condition that affects how your body turns food into energy.
Your body breaks down most of the food you eat into sugar (glucose) and releases it into your bloodstream. When your blood sugar goes up, it signals your pancreas to release insulin. Insulin acts like a key to let the blood sugar into your body’s cells for use as energy. With diabetes, your body doesn’t make enough insulin or can’t use it as well as it should. When there isn’t enough insulin or cells it stops responding to insulin too much blood sugar stays in your bloodstream. Over time, that can cause serious health problems, such as heart disease, vision loss, and kidney disease. There isn’t a cure yet for diabetes, but losing weight, eating healthy food, and being active can really help. Other things you can do to help: Take medicine as prescribed. Get diabetes self-management education and support. Make and keep health care appointments. More than 37 million US adults have diabetes, and 1 in 5 of them don’t know they have it. Diabetes is the seventh leading cause of death in the United States. Diabetes is the No. 1 cause of kidney failure, lower-limb amputations, and adult blindness. In the last 20 years, the number of adults diagnosed with diabetes has more than doubled.
Types of Diabetes
There are three main types of diabetes: Type 1, and Type 2 and Gestational diabetes (diabetes while pregnant).
Type 1 Diabetes
Type 2 Diabetes With type 2 diabetes, your body doesn’t use insulin well and can’t keep blood sugar at normal levels. About 90-95% of people with diabetes have type 2. It develops over many years and is usually diagnosed in adults (but more and more in children, teens, and young adults). You may not notice any symptoms, so it’s important to get your blood sugar tested if you’re at risk. Type 2 diabetes can be prevented or delayed with healthy lifestyle changes, such as: Type 1 diabetes is thought to be caused by an autoimmune reaction (the body attacks itself by mistake). This reaction stops your body from making insulin. Approximately 5- 10% of the people who have diabetes have type 1. Symptoms of type 1 diabetes often develop quickly. It’s usually diagnosed in children, teens, and young adults. If you have type 1 diabetes, you’ll need to take insulin every day to survive. Currently, no one knows how to prevent type 1 diabetes.

Managing Diabetes Unlike many health conditions, diabetes is managed mostly by you, with support from your health care team (including your primary care doctor, foot doctor, dentist, eye doctor, registered dietitian nutritionist, diabetes educator, and pharmacist), family, and other important people in your life. Managing diabetes can be challenging, but everything you do to improve your health is worth it!
You may be able to manage your diabetes with healthy eating and being active, or your doctor may prescribe insulin, other injectable medications, or oral diabetes medicines to help manage your blood sugar and avoid complications. You’ll still need to eat healthy and be active if you take insulin or other medicines. It’s also important to keep your blood pressure and cholesterol close to the targets your doctor sets for you and get necessary screening tests. You’ll need to check your blood sugar regularly. Ask your doctor how often you should check it and what your target blood sugar levels should be. Keeping your blood sugar levels as close to target as possible will help you prevent or delay diabetes-related complications. Stress is a part of life, but it can make managing diabetes harder, including managing your blood sugar levels and dealing with daily diabetes care. Regular physical activity, getting enough sleep, and relaxation exercises can help. Talk to your doctor and diabetes educator about these and other ways you can manage stress.

A touch from God
AN EXCERPT FROM THE BOOK “DANCE REVELATIONS OF A DANCE MINISTER“ BY DR. SHERRY TRAYLOR
M
y first Encounter! In 1970, I was in my parent’s bedroom on a Sunday evening listening to a Gospel radio show with my mom and sisters. The song we heard was really ministering to me. I began to ask my mom what the song meant and as she explained, the song was saying something about the Holy Ghost! We all began to sing along with the song. I remember closing my eyes. The words began to come alive, and I began to lift my hands. All of a sudden, I felt a strong presence come over me at the tender age of 12. Tears began to stream down as I felt His powerful touch charge all through my body! I was so engulfed in Him and began to worship God with my mouth as I let a shout of Praise! I began to leap and dance all over my parent’s bedroom. I was lost in His Presence. I can see how David danced on the day he brought the Ark of Covenant into the city. In 2 Samuel 6:14, it says he danced with all of his might! God’s presence overtook him. My sisters were saying what is wrong with Sherry? As, I came to myself, my mom started shaking me asking me what was wrong. I remember telling her, that I did not know, all I knew was I felt a joy come
over me and felt bubbly and began to dance and shout. That was the beginning of Holy visitations. That was my very first Encounter with Him! Yes, at the age of 12 I had a Holy Visitation! Like they say, age is nothing but a number. Even Jesus, at 12 years old, was about His Father’s business. He was missing for 3 days, and his parents found him in the Temple. It says in (Luke 2:49 KJV) and he said unto them,’ how is it that ye sought me? Wist ye not that I must be about my father’s business? And in verse 52 it says; And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. Do not let age hold you back when God is speaking to you. He has something He wants to say to you; instructions to give out, this is how to use your Gifts! As you build your relationship with Him, you will start having face to face encounters just like Moses. He will come to all of us in different ways and at different stages in our lives. He knows our name and knows when and where He wants to let us know He is a real true and living God.
That was my first Touch of encountering His presence.

We believe lasting systemic change starts with relationships, so we introduce our work and resources through a foundation of love and trust. In our experience, building a warm and friendly rapport with community leaders strips down walls of heartache and frustration in broken communities, creating space for our financial advisors, nutritionists, and motivational speakers to skillfully encourage a renewed way of living.
