Here are some steps to help you keep moving forward:

VALUE YOURSELF
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” - Genesis 1:26
We are made is His image. Build your character and Value yourself.

“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone [a]defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are” - 1 Cor. 3: 16-17 TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY
We are the temple, so we need to take care of our physical and mental life.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH GOOD PEOPLE
“As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend” - Proverbs 27:17
Surround yourself with like minded people to build each other up.
GIVE YOURSELF
Just as God gave his only son for us, we have to give to others, this is part of walking in your purpose. Everyone's purpose in some way to impact others for the kingdom of God. GET HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Seeking help is a sign of strength — not a weakness. Thinking we don't need help is just a lack of knoledge on who we are to become.
