I welcome you to the 2024 Winter Emerald and Gold Scholarship Ball and Debutante Presentation. For 20 years the members of the Arlington Foundation for Excellence in Education in conjunction with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® – Xi Theta Omega Chapter have provided scholarships and personal development to young ladies. The program is designed to develop leadership skills encourage unity and promote community service . Tonight, we will introduce to you 23 young ladies who will make up the 2024 Coterie of Debutantes Congratulations on your hard work achievements and service to the community Continue with all the learning you have attained to use in your future endeavors . Parents thank you for a job well done on setting the foundation and focus for the young ladies. To our members, guests, supporters, and patrons we thank you for your support of the young ladies and your attendance tonight.
