The 300 Ouellette building is a five-storey concrete and steel frame building containing multiple commercial units. It is now the home of the School of Computer Science Master of Applied Computing (MAC) program, hosting nearly 700 full-time students pursuing education in software develop - ment and advanced computing.

Full structural scope involved foundation and framing system design, load analysis, and support for MEP compo - nents, all aligned with OBC and CSA standards. Mechanical design covers HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and venti - lation systems suitable for educational environments. It has been in operation since 1986 and now heads towards a major transformation as Stellantis modernizes for electric and hybrid production. The facility remains central to Ontario’s automotive future.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes a detailed review of existing as-built drawings for the Brampton Assembly Plant (BAP), covering architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, with a focus on the press pit, its supple - mental framing, and associated services. As part of the project, a complete HVAC mechanical ventilation system was designed for the press pits, in full compliance with ASHRAE, ACGIH, the Ontario Building Code (OBC).

This involves a comprehensive review of the existing structural drawings, with a focus on the current steel framing system supporting the crane runway and its associated reinforced concrete foundations. It also included the design and detailing of structural reinforce - ments and, where necessary, the integration of a new steel framing system to ensure the existing structure can safely accommodate the increased loading requirements.

Structural scope included significant steel support: connections for utilities and overhead infrastructure, and all asso - ciated detailing and erection. Load analysis and steel connection study, This engineering ensured the building could support vehicle conveyors, inspection lighting, robotics, and environmental control systems core to Honda’s expand - ed assembly process.

TMMK is Toyota’s largest and most strategically important North American facility, serving as a hub for efficient vehi - cle and powertrain assembly, advanced production technology, and ambitious sustainability goals. It is now becom - ing a key site in Toyota’s transition to electrified and hydrogen powertrain production, while maintaining leadership in quality and operational excellence.
Scope of Work
The scope includes the design and detailing of drip pan support steel, as well as service platforms for stops and trans - fer pusher devices, complete with ladders, handrails, and hanger steel. Conveyor support steel in process areas must be coordinated with equipment vendors, who are responsible for providing timely drawings indicating approved sup - port locations. It is assumed that the process equipment is designed to accommodate the conveyor and its loads.

TESLA- MODEL X GA3 DOOR CONVEYOR Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, CA.
Total area: 5.3 million sq. ft.
The GA3 door conveyor system for Tesla Model X is a modern assembly method where door assembly and buffering occurs on a separate conveyor before final mating with the vehicle body. High degrees of automation—such as robot - ic Falcon Wing door installation—provide precision and efficiency. This system is emblematic of Tesla’s push toward modular, scalable production.
Scope of Work
The proposed in-floor towline conveyor used a rivetless, heat-treated steel chain running inside a low-profile, lubri - cated steel track anchored in the concrete floor. The chain’s telescoping design eliminates the need for a tensioning system, reducing pit requirements. Door build carts of four swivel castors for easy maneuverability and a retractable towing pin that must be lowered to engage with the chain. Each cart also acquired an accumulating bumper that disengages the tow pin if it contacts a stationary cart ahead, allowing for safe accumulation without jamming.

Modernized in early 2025, this clubhouse underwent approximately $3.5 million in renovations, including new acces - sible washrooms, an updated kitchen, and expanded event spaces. It now operates year-round with expanded dining and meeting rooms.
Scope of Work
This project involved the selective removal of sections of the existing roof over the outdoor dining area to facilitate an expansion of the exterior dining space. A new roof structure has been constructed and integrated with the existing building. The scope also included reinforcement of the exterior walls and all other structural elements impacted by the partial demolition and the addition of the new structure to ensure stability and continuity with the existing facili - ty.

This is a three storey commercial building historically known as the Victoria Block, located on the corner of King and Fifth Streets in downtown Chatham.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included a comprehensive review and design of mechanical systems for the second floor residen - tial space in compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, OBC, and local bylaws. This included HVAC, plumbing (domestic water and P&D), and fire protection systems. We also performed heating and cooling load calculations, selected and coordi - nated mechanical equipment and plumbing fixtures, and provided detailed routing for ductwork and piping.

Trinity Lutheran Church & School in Utica, Michigan, is a historic Lutheran congregation serving the community for over 140 years, offering worship, education, and outreach, including a preschool to grade 8 school.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included mechanical, electrical, and structural upgrades based on our site visit. Key work involved HVAC and plumbing updates, electrical system redesign, and structural modifications to the platform, mezzanine, and cry room. Full design packages were provided for permit and tender, along with construction support. Fire alarm, exterior lighting, and security systems were excluded. Coordination with client-supplied drawings and consultants was also incorporated.

Our scope of work included MEP engineering services for the conversion of a former Green Shield office building into a mixed-use space with ground-floor commercial units and 32 residential units above. The scope includes full me - chanical and electrical design, code compliance, load analysis, equipment selection, lighting and power layouts, and fire protection specs. Tandem issued progress drawings, coordinate with the architect, and support permitting and energy compliance (SB-10).

Our scope of work included reassessing and redesigning parts of the foundation system to accommodate updated loading from the framing designer. The work included coordination, revising foundation drawings, and completion of the city’s general review form. This private residence is in active development and not yet completed.

Victoria Park Place is Windsor’s second tallest building, standing at 31 storeys (with 3 below-ground floors) and ap - proximately 88.7 meters in height. Constructed in 1979, it features an “L”-shaped reinforced concrete tower occupying a full city block at Park Street and Victoria Avenue.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work included updating the previous feasibility report and permit drawings for the parking garage and balconies at Victoria Park Place. It also included a new non destructive observation report, visual inspection of exterior balconies to assess deterioration and causes, and updated structural drawings with repair details for reinforcement.
