Seth Weishaar, (605) 210-1124 Terms & Conditions: Any person attending this sale does so at his or her own risk. The terms of the sale are cash, and all settlements must be made at the close of the auction. The auctioneer has final sale call. All horses are the buyers’ property as soon as sold. We would like all horses to be picked up within one week of sale date unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer must make arrangements with the seller at a reasonable rate per day for care of the horses until they can be picked up. Bids: Anyone unable to attend the sale may give bids via DVAuction, phone or mail to the ranch auctioneer before the sale. All bids will be handled in strict confidence. Please make arrangements with the ranch prior to the day of the sale if you would like to bid by phone. This will help eliminate any confusion on sale day. The sale location does not have the best cell service. Please note that if you are a new customer to our sale, we may ask for a bank reference if you wish to bid by phone. Registration & Transfer: All horses sell registered with the American Quarter Horse Association. Buyers will be mailed the horse’s registration papers and transfer forms. It is up to the buyer to transfer his/ her horse with the AQHA.
