So is there a way to build significant wealth in your life - time and not have to wait every 10-15 years to do so? YES. According to the U.S. Census, since 2005, more than 804,000 new renter households have been created each year—a whopping 1,040 percent increase from the previous 15 years. You will be much better off in the long run by investing in large apartment complexes today that protect your money from economic downturns, multiply your invest- ment over the long term, and produce enough cash flow to cover expenses and pay you a decent return today. •
