hen it comes to hair and scalp care, the KEY is to keep it simple. In order to have healthy hair, you need your foundational products which are quality shampoo, conditioners, leave-in conditioner, and styling agents. It's important to shampoo and conditions your hair on a frequent basis, at least weekly or biweekly. If you are someone who experiences dry scalp, use a medicated shampoo such as Nizoral which can be found on Amazon. After, follow up with a moisturizing shampoo and deep condition because medicated shampoos are drying. Also, If you have been prescribed special topical treatments for this use them as instructed on the bottle. Hair growth thrives best when the scalp is clean. It is a myth that your hair grows better when dirty.
