The number of February detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 6% higher vs January (at 2,566) but 18% below February 2019. Detached sales increased by 45% from January, to 584, and were up 52% vs February 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 23%, as the board area’s condo market became favourable to sellers. The benchmark price in February was $971,300, 1.1% higher month-over-month and up 1.3% year-over-year. The average sold price in February was $1.08M, relatively unchanged month-over-month and 6% higher year-over-year.
