There were 1,192 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in February, 11% above last month but 17% below February of last year. At 314, condo sales were 27% higher in February than in January and 9% above February 2019. Increasing to 26%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in February was $414,500, 1.5% above January and 1.2% higher vs February 2019. The average sold price was $401,266 (3% above January), while the average PSF sales price was $464 (1.1% above January).
